Mr. & Mrs. Brooks reached out to ELK Construction, LLC in search of a reputable firm that could design and construct a deck that would complement their outdoor space and serve as place host their daughter's upcoming college graduation.  We jumped at the opportunity to help bring the Brooks' vision to reality.  This deck project began in an initial meeting with the homeowner as a simple sketch and some rough ideas on the deck parameters.  After several iterations of conceptual design the Brooks' settled on the multi-tiered and faceted deck pictured below.  To allow display space for Mrs. Brooks' array of potted plantings, the deck incorporates a raised "planter" to achieve the goal.  We look forward to posting additional pictures once the Brooks' have "decked" out their new outdoor space.
